The Salaverria family grows coffee in three different main areas around the Santa Ana volcano in El Salvador. Salaverria produces quality coffee that they name after the main areas they work in: Santa Rita, San Francisco and El Molino. Complex and super juicy, like sugar cane juice. Notes of honeycomb, dried mango, biscuits, light caramel on the finish. Very balanced and easy to drink.
